  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 14 12 ounces frozen carrots
  • 14 ounces frozen broccoli
  • 14 ounces frozen corn
  • 6 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of potato soup
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 12 teaspoon dried chives
  • 13 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

    Combine all ingredients except half & half in a large crock pot.

    Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until chicken is no longer pink.

    Stir in half & half.

    Turn to high.
