- bread crumbs
- 10 oz. mushrooms
- 16 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 onion
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 3 lb. chicken cutlets
Directions

1Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs.

2Brown in oil.

3Drain oil and saute onions and mushrooms until tender.

4Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and white wine.

5Add chicken to this mixture.

6Cover and simmer 1/2 hour, until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
