- 4 boneless, skinless, halved chicken breasts
- 1 (8 oz.) square chunk Mozzarella cheese, cut into 3/8-inch strips
- 4 tsp. butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 c. flour (to roll chicken in)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 crushed cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 2 tsp. parsley
- pepper
Directions

1Pound chicken.

2Spread with butter, pepper and cheese, then roll up and secure with a couple of toothpicks.

3Roll in flour and egg, then bread crumbs.

4Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Melt 1/2 stick butter with garlic.

6Add wine; pour over chicken.

7Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

8Sprinkle with parsley.

9Serve with fettuccine or noodles.
