Chicken-Asparagus Divan

- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. sliced chicken
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions

1Cook asparagus according to package directions.

2Drain. Arrange in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Stir together soup, Worcestershire sauce and nutmeg; pour half over the asparagus. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese.

4Top with chicken and remaining soup mixture.

5Sprinkle with other third of the cheese.

6Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 minutes.

7Whip the cream just until soft peaks form; fold in mayonnaise.

8Spread mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining third of the cheese.

9Broil 3 to 4-inches from the heat until topping is golden, 1 to 2 minutes.
