Ingredients

  • 1 lime, quartered
  • Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce lychee liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 ounce chilled ginger ale
  • 1 fresh or canned lychee and 1 mint sprig, for garnish

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime.

    Add ice cubes and the gin, lychee liqueur and Simple Syrup and shake briefly.

    Strain into a crushed-ice-filled red wine glass and stir in the ginger ale.

    Garnish with the lychee and mint sprig.
