  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler fryer, cut up
  • 1 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • green and sweet red pepper strips to garnish

Directions

    In a 12 x 8-inch baking dish, arrange chicken skin side up. Drizzle on margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Spoon soup over chicken.

    Bake until chicken loses its pink.

    Serve on platter.

    Stir sauce and spoon over chicken.
