- 1 cut-up chicken or 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch dish.

2Mix 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup flour, salt and pepper.

3Dip chicken in flour mixture and arrange in baking dish.

4Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 30 minutes.

5Turn chicken and cover with soup, 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water mixture.

6Bake 30 minutes longer at 350°.
