- 6 to 8 chicken breasts
- 1 c. rice (not Minute)
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 c. water
- almonds or water chestnuts (optional)
Directions

1Place raw rice in baking dish.

2Combine 1/2 of soup with water and pour over rice.

3Sprinkle 1/2 of onion soup over this.

4Place chicken over top.

5Add remaining soup on top of chicken topping with remaining onion soup.

6Wrap entire pan with foil.

7Bake 2 hours at 350°.
