  • 1 c. chopped chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
  • 1 dash of hot sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • cracker crumbs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and chill 4 hours or overnight.

    Roll into balls and roll in cracker crumbs.
