  • 10 oz. canned chunky chicken meat
  • 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • crumbled cornflakes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes, until well combined. Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Roll in cornflake crumbs.

    Put in shallow baking pan.

    Bake at 450° about 10 to 12 minutes.

    Makes about four dozen.
