- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, tamari
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Directions

1Cut chicken into one-inch cubes.

2Marinate chicken in next 8 ingredients overnight.

3Skewer approximately 1 ounce of chicken and intersperse with cubed pineapple and green pepper.
