  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 medium, diced onion
  • 1 medium, diced green pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 5 large chicken breasts

Directions

    Cook off the chicken and save 2 cups of broth.

    Break or cut chicken into pieces.

    Fry onion and green pepper in salad oil. Stir in broth and add all other ingredients except flour and chicken.

    Thicken with flour to desired thickness.

    Add chicken and simmer for 1/2 hour before serving on buns.
