- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 medium, diced onion
- 1 medium, diced green pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sugar to taste
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 5 large chicken breasts
Directions

1Cook off the chicken and save 2 cups of broth.

2Break or cut chicken into pieces.

3Fry onion and green pepper in salad oil. Stir in broth and add all other ingredients except flour and chicken.

4Thicken with flour to desired thickness.

5Add chicken and simmer for 1/2 hour before serving on buns.
