- 1 tablespoon oil
- 14 cup cornstarch
- 1 lb chicken, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 34 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- 1 cup mushroom (fresh)
- 14 ounces pork and beans in tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 12 cup light sour cream
Directions

1Fry onion in margarine& first amount of oil.

2Remove to a small bowl.

3Coat chicken in corn starch, place frying pan with second amount of oil.

4Fry till lightly browned then add water bouillon powder bouillon powder, mushrooms& onions.

5Heat till boiling.

6Reduce heat.

7Cover& simmer for about 10 min.

8until chicken is tender.

9Add beans, parsley& sour cream.
