Chicken Biscuit Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon or 1 cube
- 2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed
- 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots (10 oz.)
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 c. cold water
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Heat margarine in 2-quart saucepan over low heat until melted.

3Mix in 1/3 cup baking mix, onion, salt and pepper.

4Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in 1 1/2 cups water, milk and chicken bouillon.

7Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
-
8Boil and stir 1 minute.

9Stir in chicken and frozen vegetables.
-
10Heat through.
-
11Keep over warm heat while making crust.
