- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. cubed, chopped chicken
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1 can (10) biscuits
- 1/3 c. flour
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked carrots
Directions

1Heat oven to 375° in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Melt margarine.

3Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

4Add chicken broth and milk; cook, stirring until thickened.

5Add chicken, onion, peas and carrots.

6Simmer until bubbly.

7Separate biscuits and arrange over chicken mixture.

8Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
