  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 c. chicken broth
  • 2 c. cubed, chopped chicken
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1 can (10) biscuits
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • dash of pepper
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. cooked carrots

Directions

    Heat oven to 375° in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Melt margarine.

    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

    Add chicken broth and milk; cook, stirring until thickened.

    Add chicken, onion, peas and carrots.

    Simmer until bubbly.

    Separate biscuits and arrange over chicken mixture.
