- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. cooked cubed chicken breast
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury quick crescent rolls
- 3/4 c. crushed croutons or cornflakes
Directions

1Blend cream cheese and margarine.

2Add cubed chicken breast, salt, pepper, milk and onion; mix well.

3Separate the rolls into 8 rectangles.

4Seal the perforations.

5Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle.

6Pull 4 corners to center; pinch together to seal.

7Brush tops with 1/2 teaspoon butter; dip in croutons or cornflakes.

9Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
