- 10 chickens
- salt and pepper

1Boil chickens and chopped onions. Remove bones and skin. Measure broth so that you have twice as much broth as rice. Season broth.

2Bring broth to a boil and add rice.

3When it comes back to a boil, reduce heat and cook 30 minutes.
