  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and pour into 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Beat together next 3 items and spread over cooled crust. Make pudding, using 3 cups milk and pour over cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
