- 1.5 pounds Ground Chicken
- 1 head Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- .5 tablespoon Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Ground Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
- 2.5 tablespoons Butter
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in butter on medium heat until golden

2While onions are cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl

3When onions are ready, add them to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Leave remaining butter in the pan to be used to cook the sausages in

4Divide sausage mixture and roll into 12 small balls, each roughly the size of an egg.

5Place several balls into the pan and cook on medium heat.

6Flip when golden brown on the bottom side, and flatten slightly with a spatula to form a nice sausage patty. Cover pan and cook thoroughly.
