- 3 large chicken breasts
- 6 slices Prosciutto or thin sliced ham
- 6 thin slices Swiss
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Pound chicken breast with wooden mallet to approximately 1/4-inch thick.

2Place slice of meat and cheese on each.

3Tuck in sides and roll up as for jelly roll.

4Skewer or tie securely. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Brown in butter.

6Remove from skillet.

7Place in shallow pan.

8Combine soup with wine and mushrooms.

9Pour over chicken.

10Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
