- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Split breasts.

2Remove bones and skin.

3Rinse and dry.

4Place margarine in skillet and brown breasts, salting lightly.

5Lift breasts into greased roasting pan, not touching.

6Mix juice and soy sauce; pour half over them.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.

8Baste about every 15 minutes.

9Serves 4.
