  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. Chablis
  • 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix & crush
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Lightly grease a casserole dish.

    Place chicken in dish.

    Top each chicken with 1 slice cheese.

    Mix soup & wine and pour over chicken and cheese.

    Sprinkle stuffing over all and drizzle butter over all.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes uncovered.

    Serves 8.
