- 4 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 apples, cored, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute apples in 1 tablespoon margarine. Add brown sugar; cook about 3 minutes.

2Remove apples; set aside. Add onion; saute until opaque.

3Remove onion.

4Add remaining margarine to pan; brown chicken breasts.

5Remove and place in baking dish.

6To the pan drippings, add chicken broth, wine and yogurt.

7After whisking them together, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add apples and onion.

8Pour mixture over chicken; bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
