- chicken drums/breast pieces 7- 8
- 2 oil for deep frying
- 3 corn starch 1- 2 tablespoon
- 4 corn flakes crushed 2- 5 tablespoon
- 5 lemon juice 2 teaspoon
- 6 ginger crushed 1 teaspoon
- 7 spices
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Make deep gashes on chicken pieces.

2Mix together spices, corn starch, lemon juice, and ginger , add a little water to make a paste

3Coat this paste to the chicken pices and keep aside for 30-45 minute to marinate.

4Heat oil in a pan for frying

5Apply crushed cron flakes over coated chicken pieces (use beaten egg if necessary), then deep fry in oil to a golden colour.

6Serve with tomato ketchup and French fries.
