  • 3 lb. chicken breasts (with skin and bones)
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
