- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. all-purpose or unbleached flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.

2Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.

3Lightly grease crepe pan or 7 or 8-inch skillet and place over medium-high heat.

4Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into pan.

5Tilt pan to spread batter evenly. When crepe is light brown and set, turn to brown other side. Remove and repeat to make 12 crepes.
