- 2 c. broccoli, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 3 c. cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Put frozen broccoli in water to thaw.

2Grease deep pie pan. Put broccoli, chicken, onion and 2/3 cheese in pan.

3Mix eggs, milk, Bisquick and seasonings; beat 1 minute.

4Pour over mix in pan.

5Bake 30-40 minutes in 400° oven, until knife comes out clean.

6Spread rest of cheese on top.

7Return to oven to melt.
