- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender in 8 cups water.

2Remove chicken from boiler and cut into small pieces.

3Add butter, celery soup, salt and pepper.

4Mix together milk and flour and mix well to broth.

5Stir until desired consistency.

6Add chicken pieces and serve with crackers.
