  • 1 whole Can Of Canned Chicken, 16 Ounce
  • 3 Tablespoons Capers
  • 1/2 pieces White Onion, Minced Fine
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 13 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 18 teaspoons Pepper
  • 18 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 loaf Baguette French Bread

Directions

    In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients (except the bread) and mix well with a fork, breaking up chicken.

    Slice French bread into 1/2 inch thick slices.

    Place slices on a cookie sheet lined with foil.

    Top each slice with 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture.

    Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.

    This makes enough to top 18 slices of baguette bread.
