- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's tomato soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. dry red wine or 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 medium green pepper, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1In skillet, brown chicken in oil.

2Pour off fat.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Cover, cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Stir now and then uncover.

5Cook until sauce thickens.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
