- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 frying chicken, cut-up and skinned
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and cut-up
- 1 medium onion, sliced thinly
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Coat chicken pieces in flour.

2Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

3Add chicken, brown well on all sides.

4Drain oil from skillet.

5Add remaining ingredients to skillet.

6Bring to a boil.

7Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken and juices run clear, stirring occasionally.

8Serve over hot cooked pasta.
