- 5 to 6 tsp. olive oil
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add chicken and brown 2 minutes.

3Stir in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to medium-low.

4Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and sauce has thickened.

5Serve over pasta.
