- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Coat chicken with flour mixed with half of salt and pepper. Brown in deep frypan.

2Remove chicken.

3Cook onions until soft. Add remaining ingredients and chicken.

4Cover and simmer 40 minutes or until tender.

5Turn chicken occasionally.
