  • 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. julienne-cut green pepper
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Contadina Recipe ready diced tomatoes and juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. water
