- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed or romaine salad greens or 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Cook and stir chicken in 1/4 cup of the dressing in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 minutes or until cooked through.

2Toss chicken, greens, croutons and cheese in large salad bowl.

3Top with remaining 1/2 cup dressing before serving; toss lightly.

4Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and fresh ground pepper.
