- 1 whole chicken
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 tsp. chicken seasoning
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can small or tiny English peas
Directions

1Cook chicken done; debone and set aside, removing all fat and skin.

2Cook the rice and set aside.

3In a wok or nonstick deep, heavy saucepan, mix the chicken, rice, soups, peas, water and seasoning to taste.

4You may also add cut up mushrooms to taste.
