- 3 c. cooked chicken, ham or beef
- 2 c. dry medium macaroni
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 3 green onions (tops and all), chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 8 oz. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix milk and soup well.

2Add all vegetables.

3Keep part of cheese to put on top.

4Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and cover. Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until macaroni is done.

6Uncover last 15 minutes.

7Sprinkle with cheese and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
