- 16 oz. cut broccoli spears
- 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey (cube or strips)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
- 1/4 c. milk (decrease by 2 Tbsp. if wine is used)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- dash of garlic powder and dash of pepper
- 1/3 c. sliced almonds
Directions

1Cook broccoli; drain.

2In 2-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients except almonds.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Stir and sprinkle almonds on top and return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through.

5Serves 6 to 8.
