Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cut broccoli spears
  • 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey (cube or strips)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
  • 1/4 c. milk (decrease by 2 Tbsp. if wine is used)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • dash of garlic powder and dash of pepper
  • 1/3 c. sliced almonds

Directions

    Cook broccoli; drain.

    In 2-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients except almonds.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Stir and sprinkle almonds on top and return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through.

    Serves 6 to 8.
