- boned chicken breasts (about 14 pieces) (1 large Purdue chicken breasts = 4 pieces)
- 2 to 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Spread rice on bottom of casserole dish; spread with onion or mushroom slices or both.

2Mix cans of soup together.

3Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over rice.

4Add chicken and cover with rest of soup mixture.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

6Top with French fried onion rings and bake 1 more hour.
