- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 23 cup diced red onion
- 1 12 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 12 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot
- 14 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 14 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 cup creamy peanut butter
- 14 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 12 teaspoons lime juice
Directions

1Place olive oil, sesame oil, onion, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes in a pot and cook over medium heat until onion is transparent, about 10-15 minutes.
