- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 small jar red pimento
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 can Chow Mein noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked or 2 cans (5 oz.) boned chicken
- slivered almonds
Directions

1Mix soups, milk, mushrooms and pimento.

2Fold in cooked chicken; let stand about 12 hours.

3Add noodles; place in buttered casserole and sprinkle with almonds.

4No salt is needed.

5Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
