  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herbed dressing mix

Directions

    Stew chicken and remove from bone.

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix broth, milk and soup; pour over chicken.

    Cook celery and onions in a small amount of margarine, until tender. Add beaten egg and dressing mix.

    Spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
