Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken (2 breasts or 2 cans)
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or 1/2 each chicken and mushroom)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pour into a buttered dish.

    Melt 1/2 stick oleo; stir in 1 cup crushed cornflakes.

    Spread on top of casserole and bake 40 minutes at 350°.
