- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (juice and all)
- 3 1/2 c. chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Blend butter or margarine with the stuffing.

2Line baking dish (10 x 10-inch) with 1/2 of crumbs.

3Mix all other ingredients together.

4Pour in dish and top with rest of the crumbs.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
