- 6 to 8 chicken breasts (seasoned to taste)
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 can asparagus
Directions

1Boil chicken (seasoned to taste) for 30 to 40 minutes.

2Drop in stick of margarine.

3Debone chicken.

4Reserve broth (2 cups). Pour broth, chicken, 2 cups rice, can of mushroom soup and asparagus into casserole dish.

5Top with cheese (Mozzarella is good).

6Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
