Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. dry milk
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 2 c. chow mein noodles
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. dry milk
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Prepare chicken base in saucepan. Melt butter and saute onion and pepper.

2Mix dry ingredients and stir into vegetables. Gradually add stock, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and add chicken. Add noodles and mushrooms.

3Turn into buttered 3 to 4 cup casserole.

4Mix dry milk and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of casserole.

5Drizzle 3 tablespoons melted butter over all.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
