- 2 chicken breasts, split
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 3 Tbsp. minced onions
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Add rice, can of broth (and enough water to make 2 cups), 2 tablespoons butter or oleo and onions.

2Cook according to rice directions.

3Mix with cream of chicken soup; salt and pepper to taste.

4Pour into casserole.

5Top with chicken breasts; salt and pepper chicken.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
