- 1 fryer
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 pkg. corn bread stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 cans broth (measure in soup can)
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Boil fryer, celery, onion and poultry seasoning until chicken is done.

2Remove chicken from bone and chop. Save broth.

3Toss stuffing mix with melted margarine and place a layer of stuffing mix in large Pyrex dish.

4Cover with a layer of chicken, a can of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cans of broth.

5Place another layer of chicken, a can of cream of chicken soup and 1 1/2 cans of broth. Finish with layer of stuffing mix.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
