- 1 chicken (about 3 lb.)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 pkg. frozen or fresh broccoli
- grated cheese
- crushed potato chips
Directions

1Simmer chicken until tender.

2Cook broccoli.

3Remove chicken from bone, then layer chicken and broccoli alternately in a large casserole dish.

4Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.

5Pour mixture over chicken and broccoli.

6Top with grated cheese and crushed potato chips.

7Casserole can be made the night before but leave potato chips and cheese off until you are ready to put casserole in the oven.

8Bake at 350°
