  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 small cans La Choy fried noodles
  • 1 c. diced chicken or more if desired
  • 1 c. diced celery

Directions

    Put into casserole dish in layers:

    soup diluted with 3/4 cup water, noodles, chicken and celery.

    Garnish with mandarin oranges and cashew nuts.

    (Can put cashews throughout if desired.)

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Serves 6 (six times the amount serves 40).
